Shipping & Returns




All orders are posted using special delivery or courier and will need a signature. You will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure someone is at delivery address to sign for the order.

We can also offer an Express/ Premier delivery next day service to any address within the UK, please email for quote.

RETURNS: How do I return my order?

  • 1. Please email to inform us you will be returning your item. We will provide our shipping address.

  • 2. Please return items back in original boxes and packaging within 14 days, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the tag still attached to the scarf.

  • 3. We recommend that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery. Please get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Heti’s Colours Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and unfortunately you will remain billed for lost items.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt. We will send you a confirmation email once we have refunded but bear in mind it may take a few days to show up on your bank statement. Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order.

If you suspect your goods are Faulty

In the unforeseen event that you suspect your item of being faulty, please accept our apologies and contact us asap at Where we will offer an exchange or refund, we will also accept the responsibility for the postage fees up to a value of £8.00

All hand embellishments may have variations. Some of our products are hand woven from natural fibres. Any variation in the weave or texture are inherent characteristics of the fabric. Please treat with care.
